 Moving Site

My company has assigned me to move our web site because I am the network specialist. I know little to nothing about databases, php and programing.
I found a procedure to move the site and it tells me I need to export the database. There are several databases listed in the MS SQL manager.
How do I tell what database TYPO3 is pointing to?
