 After Moving My site from My Laptop To My PC

this message apear when i try to access frontend , but im sure that my site contains alot of pages it was working Good without problems
but i moved it to my pc that i use Apache2TriadCP on it these too messages apear when i try to access fronend and Backend
1\ at frontend :
(Error!
No pages are found on the rootlevel! )
this message apear after i enter my id and pass and press login
2\ at backend
Login-error or session timed-out
No user logged in! Sorry, I can't proceed then!

also this message apear on the header of backend login page
