Hi all.
This is my first message here.
I learn TYPO3 about 2 months.I didn't create my own extension but I want. This is very interesting for me.

I want to learn how to create new extension. The documentation is very unclear and messy. Could you advise me with what to begin and which document to read?
Where do I have to add php code?
I want to create extension which is search form. But its fields(input, select etc...) to add from typoscript. For example the extension "mail form" where we can add fields as many as we want and which we want.
I'll be thankful if you help me.

I tried with this video:CD Collection plugin but didn't serious. I'll see this video again.
I want to make extension for search like email form plugin. And I think that have to make changes in php files.
And I want to learn to edit complete extensions.

The Kickstarter is a TYPO3 major extension. It will allow you to create your own TYPO3 extension. The new Kickstarter is extendable and will allow you to use an API to create php files and more.
