No, the browser controls the printing and it prints on a per page basis. The pages will automatically print a print-friendly page without showing the site's navigation bars or buttons - after all, buttons don't help you much when they're printed on paper! If you print a page or hit "Print Preview" in Internet Explorer only the main body of content will be printed.
