 no rte in fe_rtenews :(

Hi.
I try to use fe_rtenews but I don't see the rte in the frontend. 
This is what I see:
No RTE available
(In the backend the rte works fine.)
Why not?
My system:
- Typo3 4.0.2
- fe_rtenews 1.3.1
- rtehtmlarea 1.4.2 |

fe_rtenews is an obsolete extension.
As an alternative use the extension ve_guestbook or news_feedit. |
